Before our weekly práctica, join us on Thursday, October 8th for a Chacarera class (6:30 – 7:30 pm) taught by guest instructor Agustin Rojas who is visiting the Triangle this month. Agustin specializes in teaching this famous folklore dance of Argentina, so don’t miss this opportunity to learn from an expert ($10).
On Saturday, October 10th, we will have DJ Ramu from Washington D.C. along with 14 other dancers from the DC area for our Octoberfest Milonga Utopia. Ramu will teach an intermediate level class before the milonga from (8-9 pm – $10), then head over to the DJ table to play some lively tunes from 9 pm – 2 am ($10).
And don’t miss Ramu’s Milonga Workshops on Sunday, October 11th. Ramu will teach two fun and energizing classes focusing on Milonga Traspie from 12:30-1:30 pm & 1:45-2:45 pm. The cost is $25 for both classes (Sunday práctica included) or $15 for one class.
