We have reserved a block of 50 rooms at the Marriott (directly across the street from the venue) at a group rate of $209/night. You will find the link to book below.
A few things to be aware of:
1. We suggest booking soon. We expect the rooms to be snatched up quickly.
2. The hotel has a mix of doubles (majority) and singles. The rooms are all $209/night. You will get a double at the time of booking. If you would like a single: there will be an option to make an “additional request” towards the end of booking. They will give you a single if any are available when you check-in (at which time you should repeat your request).
3. We will not be assigning roommates. If you are looking for someone to share a double with, please feel free to post on the Utopia Encuentro Facebook page.
4. We expect many of you will arrive on Friday, and so reserved a smaller number of rooms for Thursday night. Contact us if you have trouble getting a room Thursday night — we may be able to raise the cap.
5. If you check the “Rate Details” at time of booking, you should see that changes and cancellations are allowed.
6. If you have trouble with the link, try a different browser — for me the link worked on Safari, but not Chrome.
