The new CDC guidelines state that if you are fully vaccinated, you can resume the activities that you enjoyed prior to the pandemic. Therefore, with much joy, we announce our much anticipated (and dearly missed) Thursday Practica!

Following the CDC guidelines, the practica is open to everyone who has been “fully vaccinated”. This means two weeks have passed since your last shot. Please make sure to bring your vaccination card as we will check.

There are a couple of changes:

-Due to the fact that the studio rental has significantly increased, practica now will be $10 per person.

-The first practica (June 3) will be in Studio 4 and after that it will be in Studio 5.

We look forward to the warm embraces enveloped by the nostalgic sounds of tangos, milongas and vals. See ya’ll on the dance floor!

Due to Covid -19, we are currently suspended all tango activities until further notice including Monday class, Thursday Practica, and monthly Utopia Milonga! Let’s try to keep up with social distancing for safety and be cautious for others!

Tango Utopia has decided to suspend our involvement in tango activities until the Covid-19 crisis is over. That includes Thursday Practica, Milonga Utopia, and Monday group classes. According to studies it would only take one individual to be infected for it to spread to our entire community. Not just dancers but every family members, coworkers or even people you meet on the street. It is simply not worth the risk. Please be safe and understanding during this crisis. And please follow guidelines that are being put out by public health, most of all avoid physical contact. 

We are starting this week, so no Practica this Thursday and no milonga on Saturday!
